Fuss free, great service and prompt refund of unused boxes

We just renovated a room and needed flooring. @XingFloors provided great service, and for the small quantity that I bought (just for a single room), were very accommodating and even allowed return of unopened boxes. Great work - fast, efficient and affordable. Also good quality vinyl much thicker than my previous contractor. Very happy with how it looks in my living room! Went with classic pale and loved it

We are satisfied with Xingfloors workmanship. Ah Meng and his Co worker were very fast n efficient in installing our flooring. Their plumber Ronnie did a brilliant job too. Not forgetting Kim who attended to us from the very beginning. She did great by replying to all our queries promptly. Definitely recommend Xingfloors!

A 5 star rating service.

We lay over our ceramic tiles with vinyl tile. We were attended to by Kim, a friendly, caring consultant and informative about the product. She handled the whole project personally and was responsible and committed to what she suggested. We greatly appreciate her dedication. The 2 installer she assigned were awesome. Meticulous and very committed to the work. Friendly and very helpful too. A 5 star rating service.

I would definitely recommend Xing Floors as they’re reasonably priced and very professional in their approach

I had a flat that needed new flooring and so, was recommended Xing Floors by another one of my contractors. From the moment I contacted them, I knew I was in good hands. Kim pleasantly guided me through all the options available to me and was very knowledgeable of her product range. She is one of the few people that I have met who truly puts the customers first. The installation was fast too...it was done within a day. I would definitely recommend Xing Floors as they’re reasonably priced and very professional in their approach.

The worker is very skillful & he did a good job for the flooring

I'm impressed by the integrity of this company

In 2018, Mr wong came to my place to measure n quote. I can still remember the experience with him because he was pleasantly professional n honest in his advice. He shared that d China made vinyl was on par in terms of quality w the korean made one. I preferred the China made design n texture but was then still doubtful of the quality of "made in china". Hence I choose d China vinyl for d kitchen floor while the korean vinyl for the bedroom floor. The contractors came on time n moved my existing furniture quite gently, before they remove the existing vinyl. They finished the installation quite quickly. What I appreciate was also the fact that they made an effort to keep my house clean during the process. Now 2023, I had dropped sharp object on d vinyl a few times. Hence the damaged part was sharp n uncomfortable to step on. Mr wong responded very quickly to my call. He again gave me very honest advice as my old vinyl was out of production n I do not have spare tiles. Within the week, he sent his worker to resolve my complains as best as they could. They hammered down the sharp tear n meticulously put silicon to seal up d torn area. The worker, ah chuan, explained this will allow d vinyl to last longer as it prevent water from seeping under when I mop. When I offered to reimburse his transport n service, he refused. I'm impressed by the integrity of this company. They could very well ignore me since d vinyl was installed more than 5 years ago. If u r looking for reliability n honest vinyl installer, u can't go wrong with xing tek flooring.

Was looking around for vinyl to overlay bathrooms and kitchen. Came across many companies and unable to decide as pricing was rather competitive across. However, its Kim's service and prompt reply which bowled me over. She gets to speed when it comes to all enquiries including providing an accurate quotation. Her flexibility in ensuring my issues were solved is definitely one which will always seek when it comes to renovating a house. Most importantly the workmanship is as spot on as that claimed. Truly satisfied and definitely worth.
